RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All of our candles go through a thorough QC and inspection process prior to shipping to ensure the best quality product.  Please inspect your candles carefully before use.  We will replace any broken items if there are damages that occurred during shipping.  Photos of broken items will be required. Please email your name, address, bbcandles.com order number, along with photos of broken item to [email protected] and we will work quickly to prepare and ship a replacement.
