BB Candles only offer Soy wax candles. Renewable and sustainable material grown by American farmers. Natural cleaner burning. Non-toxic. Less likely to trigger allergies. Longer lasting than a paraffin candle. Biodegradable and water soluble.

It washes away with soap and water. This allows you to reuse containers keeping them more eco-friendly.

Soy wax candles burn longer as long as wick trimmed appropriately to ¼ – ⅛ inch before each burning and candle is allowed to burn until the wax pool (melted wax) reaches the edge of the container.

Absolutely! As you add an item to your cart, you’ll notice that there is an option to “Giving a gift?” right before you proceed to checkout, check “YES” so you can write the note, then proceed to add to bag. 

Orders processed without a gift message unfortunately cannot have a message added to an existing order due to the way our fulfilment process works. We’re currently working on ways to adjust this so our customers can add a gift message after the fact, but at this time we’re unable to offer any additions or edits to gift messages on processed orders.

We understand that some orders are meant as gifts for friends and family, so we ensure that no financial information is included on the invoice so that your recipient won’t know any sort of cost for the item.

If your order arrives with a damaged or defective item, please call ASAP Customer Service 626.249.3943 (9AM – 5pm PT – Monday thru Friday).

We will be happy to take a look at your order and discuss options!

For now we only ship within the United States.

Unfortunately we cannot change the shipping address for orders that have already processed at our warehouse or gone out, and the U.S. Postal Service is not able to change delivery addresses once an order has been shipped. 

BB Candles is not responsible for mis-delivered packages if the wrong shipping address was entered during checkout, but we want to help! Email us at: [email protected] and we can try work out a solution together.

From time to time, Promotion Codes are available to access product discounts. To use an active Promotion Code, add items to your online shopping cart, then proceed to the shipping and billing stage. Under “Promotion Codes”, enter your code, then click “Apply”. Promotion Codes are case sensitive. Be sure you enter the code exactly as it appears.
